This program is in partnership with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and under the Ministry of Health Action Plan for Mental Health and Addictions.
A program to build addiction treatment capacity, and help more individuals safely detox in their communities.
Services include:
- Clinical Assessments & Diagnostics (12-lead ECG)
- Emergency and Acute Care Discharge Supports
- Mental Health and Addiction Supports (Home Detox Treatment/Support/Medical Oversight)
- Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry Consults
- Phlebotomy Draws
- Administration of Intravenous Fluids/Medications & Medication Assistance
- Antibiotic Administration (First Dose/Subsequent Dose)
- Wellness Checks& Vital Sign Monitoring
- Pain and Symptom Management
- Wound Care and Dressing Changes
