This program is in partnership with the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and under the Ministry of Health Action Plan for Mental Health and Addictions.

A program to build addiction treatment capacity, and help more individuals safely detox in their communities.

Services include:

Clinical Assessments & Diagnostics (12-lead ECG)
Emergency and Acute Care Discharge Supports
Mental Health and Addiction Supports (Home Detox Treatment/Support/Medical Oversight)
Physician, Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatry Consults
Phlebotomy Draws
Administration of Intravenous Fluids/Medications & Medication Assistance
Antibiotic Administration (First Dose/Subsequent Dose)
Wellness Checks& Vital Sign Monitoring
Pain and Symptom Management
Wound Care and Dressing Changes
